Women’s History Month

Just in case you’ve been so busy that you’ve managed to avoid all of social media for the past month, I’ll let you know that it’s currently women’s history month. This month is a time for us to all intentionally look at the achievements and hardships women have made and faced. And as many of you probably know, I love giving shout-outs to incredible women in history.

Hopefully, in the future, we won’t need a Women’s History Month—hopefully soon all history will be women’s history. Hopefully we won’t shut down or push down women, hopefully the achievements of women—those that have been taken credit for by others, or those that have just been ignored—will no longer need to be dug out of the ground in order for people to know what they are.

For now, though, I think we can all stand together and help each other out—help each other up. Because though all of us come from different backgrounds, we all have one thing in common: we’re all strong, courageous, and capable of anything we set our minds to. We’re all women.
