Make a list of short-term goals you would like to achieve by the end of the year, month, or even week. I find it’s easier to think of these goals at the end of a tech-free day. As you accomplish these goals, give gratitude for the hard work, inspiration, people, and other factors that helped you along the way. My goal is to give more to those around me, near and far.
